In advanced motion control field, position solution and current distribution are frequently needed, and various control algorithm is flexibly used to realize target accuracy. To achieve multi DOF motion control, the control system is requested to be high openness whereas the traditional motion control card can’t be met the demand. And because of the complexity of the algorithm, low-end MCU and DSP’s calculating ability is far from enough either. When choose high-end CPU and DSP conducting real time calculating, we have to use the strong real time operating system to cooperate the measurement feedback system based on laser interferometer.

It’s available here to custom control system according to customer requirement, provide multiaxis synchronous motion control solution and software framework of equipment integration as well as control algorithm.

The framework based on VME bus, stable real time VxWorks operating system control system, advanced Power PC board card matching with laser interferometer counting card to realize large payload, high-precision and high-speed motion control.

The stages apply C# custom-made human-computer interface which is not only artistic, flexible but recording the operating, setting path and showing option definition. Network communication to realize real-time and non-real-time data exchange, which is fast and stable, servo period minimize to 50 μs.
